We're so glad you're here to learn more about our little homesteading family and the homemade soaps and other products that we have to offer and are proud to sell.
We started the Hatchstead with the goal of becoming more sustainable and self-sufficient during some very uncertain times due to COVID. Our family has always gardened and had a few chickens but it wasn't until 2020 when we really ramped up our homesteading lifestyle. We didn't want to depend heavily on the national food supply chain and wanted healthier options for our family. While we are still a work in progress, we love learning and evolving our homestead into bigger and better things!
